Read closer, it's not a gun mod. It's not a damage mod. It's a resource mod, ie power grid, CPU, drone bay, high/med/low slot etc.,. Worst case for you, it goes to the test server first.

What's wrong with allowing everyone to stuff cap boosters in the hold? That just opens up another venue of gameplay. Variety = good. And if someone wants to pay out 100 million isk for a ship that hauls... that's still way less than 100 milllio...
